Centered Body is an integrated holistic approach to Pilates fitness that focuses on muscular balance, symmetry, total body conditioning, and a centered core.
The atmosphere is supportive and non-competitive, designed to enhance concentration and to engender a sense of physical accomplishment, general fitness and overall well being.
We offer privates and semi-private trainningsessions as well as group reformer, springboard, mat, and prenatal classes.
